Gitchi Manitou, in the indigenous language of the Ojibwe, is known as, Great Spirit or Creator.This design is based after the Petroglyph found in Petroglyphs Provincial Park, Ontario, Canada. The park features the largest known concentration of Aboriginal rock carvings (petroglyphs) in Canada, depicting turtles, snakes, birds, humans and more; this sacred site is known as “The Teaching Rocks”
This Clipper case features the Gitchi Manitou petroglyph.
The case is made out of Electroformed Copper and features a motif based off of a petroglyph. The high points are polished to a bright copper. The background of the case is patina’d blue then sealed in a hard lacquer finish.
